This may very well be Italy’s most famous wedding hall. The City of Venice purchased the private palace for the sole purpose of celebrating civil weddings. From its upper floor balcony you will enjoy stunning views of the Gran Canal and the Rialto Bridge which your wedding photographer will immortalize.The bride can arrive in a gondola; an appropriate landing is provided. Antique paintings and furnishings decorate the Palace throughout and frescoes adorn the walls.

Civil Weddings on the Island of Murano, (Venice)
A second civil location is available for Venice, in a beautiful ancient Venetian Palace on the charming island of Murano, famous for its glass blowing artistry. Built between the 12th and 13th century it is a gorgeous example of Byzantine architecture.

The island is only a short boat ride from Venice, one mile north of the city. The Murano Civil Wedding Hall enjoys similar architecture and style to that of Palazzo Cavalli. It also overlooks the Murano Gran Canal and has a panoramic balcony.
