The Garden
Step into the charm of the 1820s with our timeless English-style garden.
- The Great Lawn: Sloping gently to the lakeshore, framed by azaleas and rhododendrons. Ideal for flexible event setups with stunning views of the Borromean Gulf.
- Promenade & Lakeside Garden: Perfect for intimate ceremonies or receptions.
- Roof Garden: Elevated and private, accessed via a pebbled path from the Villa to the Glass Pavilion.
- Teak Dock Arrival: Guests can arrive by boat for a glamorous entrance and enjoy Italian-style aperitifs among roses, oleanders, camellias, and azaleas.
Event Notes:
- Music ends at 12:30 AM; optional extension until 1:30 AM.
- Venue must be vacated by 2:00 AM to avoid penalties.
- Capacity: approx. 120 guests (slightly flexible).
The Glass Pavilion
A newly built structure inspired by 19th-century greenhouses, located at the heart of the garden.
- Size: 390 m² (4,200 sq ft), accommodates up to 350 guests.
- Design: Double-height ceiling (3.6 m), skylights, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
- Seasonal Flexibility: Fully open in warm months; enclosed and heated in cooler weather.
- Connectivity: Linked via underground passage to the Historic Cellars and restrooms.
The Historic Cellars
Located on the lower floor, these vaulted spaces offer a unique setting for after-parties and late-night gatherings.
- Features: Terracotta vaults, granite pillars, rocaille walls.
- Layout: Three customizable rooms for dancing, dining, or lounging.
- Extras: Custom-built pizza oven, restrooms, and food prep facilities.
